American Stave Company is an ISO registered subsidiary of Independent Stave Company based in Lebanon, MO. We are the main domestic stave producer for Independent Stave Company. We consist of three stave mills: New Florence Wood Products in New Florence, MO, Salem Wood Products in Salem, MO and Blue River Wood Products in Salem, Indiana

Our Log Procurement Division is staffed with 15 buyers that cover more than 10 states and work to supply the four mills with high quality white oak stave logs.
