At Choices, we offer:  

Pregnancy Support 

Free pregnancy tests and limited ultrasounds. Know for sure and talk with our nurses who will listen and guide you through your options.  

Parent Mentorship 

One-on-one support for moms and dads who are expecting or with children under age 4 — personalized encouragement, goal-setting, and parenting help.  

Group Classes 

Learn life skills, build confidence, and connect with other parents who understand your journey.

Practical Resources 

As you take part in mentoring or group classes, you’ll be able to choose free essentials for your little one — like clothing, diapers, wipes, and other baby and toddler items.  

We are also the Car Seat Inspection station for Washington County. We offer inspections of your current car seat, as well as free convertible car seats and installation training by appointment only.

We are open Monday and Tuesday 10:00 - 3:00 and Thursday 10:00 - 8:00
