*Member will be eligible for one (1) Chamber-produced promotional video per five (5) year span. Membership must remain active for full duration to maintain eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made within budgetary parameters and time constraints to create high-quality product. Satisfaction is not guaranteed.

Member must submit a video production request to Chamber management and collaborate with Chamber staff to schedule mutually agreeable dates to plan, strategize, and complete the video production. Member acknowledges that video production is a multi-step process and that, due to scheduling demands, production complexity, and other Chamber obligations, completion timelines may vary and may require additional time.
