2026 Citizen of the Year Nomination Form

The 2026 Citizen of the Year Award recognizes an individual whose outstanding service, leadership, and dedication have made a lasting positive impact on Washington County. Nominees will be evaluated based on their commitment to the community, support of others, leadership skills, outreach and service, desire to create a positive impact, integrity, vision for the future of the community, innovation, and creativity.

Winners of the Citizen of the Year Award within the past five years are not eligible.
