Friday Night on the Square

Friday Night on the Square is a casual, family-friendly community event held in downtown Salem featuring food trucks, local vendors, and more. The Square will be set up as a pedestrian-friendly space where attendees can browse booths, enjoy food and drinks, check out local shops and restaurants, and spend the evening with friends and neighbors.

For its 30th year, we are excited to announce that this beloved Washington County tradition is back on a Friday, and even better, back on Old Settlers Days weekend!

This year’s event will also include live musical acts and additional entertainment throughout the night, as well as introducing the Chamber of Commerce's "Passport to the Square" – a card to take around to participating vendors and businesses throughout the evening. When your passport is filled out, return it to the Chamber booth for a chance to win exciting prizes!
